How to start a manufacturing business
We provide professional and organised supply chain solutions for our clients, and we have our own manufacturing plant - from product design,material sourcing, creating samples, bulk production, quality controls to customs clearance logistics, all processes will be handledby teams of experienced professionals. DESIGN SUBMISSION
If you have samples or documentsAnd specifications, this is always helpful. Once we receive your submission,We will develop and send youCustomized estimated price for the project.
CREATION OF SAMPLES（1-2 weeks）
During the procurement process, our internal design team will assist in finalizing your details and sending them to you for confirmation. Please note that since everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2 rounds of samples to obtain all the details correctly and prepare for mass production.
PAY THE DEPOSIT
In order to ensure the interests of both parties,A 50% deposit is required before mass production
BULK PRODUCTION (3-8 weeks)
Once you are happy with the samples, we will commence on bulk production after we received your approved samples and downpayment.
QUALITY CHECKS & CONTROL (3-7 days)
When the bulk production is complete, our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure there are no issues. We will mend pieces and correct any issues before the products are sent to the packaging department..
BALANCE PAYMENT & PACKING SHIPPING（1-5 days excluding delivery time）
We've come to the final part! at this stage, we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be shipped to your doorstep. This stage is where the final payment for the balance and shipping will be required before we ship your products.
